All customers purchasing from Gems Bond Jewelry Network(“Gems Bond”), have the right to a 30 day money back guarantee from the ship date on all items with exception ofFinal Sale and Final Auction items


RETURN POLICY:

In order to qualify for a refund, you, the customer must first call customer service to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Agreement Number).  The customer service representative must first verify you and the order placed.  This is accomplished by you, the customer, providing the representative with your customer number and order number, which are both located on your invoice.  Once you have obtained your RMA number, you must then complete the reverse, bottom portion of the invoice and return it with the item.  It is recommended that you keep a copy of said invoice for your records.  The package must be post dated on or before the fourteenth day from the initial ship date.  Gems Bond” is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

For your protection, it is recommended to send all returns with a traceable tracking number and fully insured because “Gems Bond” will not be liable for merchandise until it has been received.  You, the customer, must ensure that the merchandise is in its original condition (including the invoice, packaging, certificates and appraisals).  “Gems Bond” will not be held liable for any packages that we did not receive.  In addition, your return will not be honored if the item has been altered or shows any signs of damage being done to the stone.

 

Once “Gems Bond” has received your package we will review the merchandise and begin the process of your return.  After reviewing and approving your return, “Gems Bond” will issue the refund for the total of the original invoice, less shipping and handling charges. We will only issue a refund to the card used for the purchase.

 

“Gems Bond” cannot accept the return of certain items, including:

1.                  Gemstones and Diamonds that have been set, scratched, cracked or in any       

other condition than which it was received.

2.                  Jewelry that has been re-sized or modified by any one other than “Gems Bond”.

3.                  Any “Final Sale” or “Final Auction” items.

 

Return for Refund:

Once “Gems Bond” has received the returned item it will be inspected and processed.  “Gems Bond” return policy allows up to 30 business days to issue a refund or credit from the date we received it.  Your reimbursement will be based on you original payment method; therefore, only the original card use to purchase will be credited.

1.                  If you paid with a credit card, a credit will be applied to the card used for

the initial purchase the day your refund is processed.  Please note that some accounts may not reflect your refund for one full billing cycle on your monthly statement.

2.                  If you paid with a money order or a cashiers check, a check will be issued

the day your return is processed and completed.  It will be mailed via USPS with a signature confirmation. 

3.                  All returns can be given back as a “Store Credit.” This "Store Credit" can only be used

towards future purchases with Gems Bond, Inc made through our website or our live TV show.

 

 

REFUSED ITEMS:

If the merchandise you ordered was shipped to the address given at the time of the order, and the shipment is refused and/or delivery was attempted, and was not accepted at the time of delivery, regardless of any reason, “Gems Bond” will not be held liable for the merchandise. You, the customer, will assume all liability for any shipment refused or not accepted with an attempted delivery.  The customer assumes all risks, and is liable and responsible for the safe return of the merchandise to Gems Bond, Inc.  In the event we do not receive a refused item, the customer is liable for all costs. 

 

We reserve the right to charge a 25% minimum restocking fee on all returned, refused and/or delivery attempted items, in addition to any additional costs incurred by the customer. 

 

FINAL AUCTIONS AND FINAL SALES:

When you see “FINAL SALE” or “FINAL AUCTION” on the screen at the time of purchase, please be advised that these items are non refundable unless the item is defective.  In addition, the item cannot be canceled. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations may only happen on the date the order was placed on items not marked as “FINAL SALE” or “FINAL AUCTION”.
